Keep the historic data record and the Article 5 web UI.
Assessment scope
Step 8 - Historic Data Record. Uniquely among telematics stakeholders, operators of rail freight service facilities share with infrastructure managers the obligation to grant access to historic train data via the common Union web UI. Annex pt. 2.7 defines exactly what must be disclosed, when, and for how long. The obligation to grant access is mandatory and falls on the terminal directly - but it operates "pursuant to Articles 4 and 5", so for freight services whether that record is publicly visible depends on the freight railway undertaking's Art. 5(4) opt-in, and dangerous goods are excluded outright under Art. 5(3).
