§ TEL TSI Source

The regulation, at source.

Everything this companion says derives from the text of one regulation. Here is that text, how it becomes the tool, and how to verify any claim yourself.

Method - from text to tool

1 · Ingest. The Official Journal text - all 24 language versions - is kept offline, paragraph-addressed, and is the only regulatory source the companion cites.

2 · Extract. Obligations are extracted per entity role: freight RU, passenger RU, infrastructure manager, terminal & service-facility operator. 4 role journeys, 13 assessment modules each.

3 · Bind. Every assessment question is bound to the article or annex point it tests - 101 questions in the flagship freight journey alone. A question without a source does not ship.

4 · Review. Content revisions are versioned per role with a changelog; headline numbers on this site are computed from the content at build time, never hand-typed.
