What the matrix does

One row per requirement, one person behind every decision

  1. The register broken down requirement by requirement into stable, versioned IDs. A requirement ID such as FRU.TEL.0014 names the role it binds, the source it comes from and its sequence, and it never changes once published. Quick filters narrow the table to your own obligations, to unassigned rows or to a deadline window.

  2. Every requirement opens into a record which states how compliance is proven, when the row may be set to Compliant, and which evidence an auditor would accept, each sentence cited to the article or annex point it rests on. One click turns suggested steps into corrective actions with an owner.

  3. The monitor follows the regulation text, the Technical Documents repository, the NeTEx schema and the rail-system ontology. You see only the changes that touch your register, and each needs a human decision: Accept, Reject, Assess, or Create action.

  4. Every change in the register is recorded with a name and a date. Compliant and Not applicable carry the reason the person gave. Notes cannot be edited or deleted afterwards. Owners get an email on assignment and 90 and 30 days before a deadline.

  5. The register prints as a document: the rows in view, the organisation name, the generation time, the active filters and the counts. The browser saves it as a PDF, so no file passes through a third-party service.

  6. One requirement on one page: the legal basis with its link into the Official Journal text, how compliance is proven, the suggested evidence, the deadline, the current status and owner, and a blank response block for the vendor.

One account per company, keyed to its official organisation code

The first registrant becomes the company admin; everyone after them requests to join and waits for an admin's approval, so nobody sees your register without a recorded sign-off.

  • Each obligation has a named owner; every status change and corrective action carries the name of the person who made it and the date.
  • Evidence files stay private to your organisation.
  • The Team screen shows who owns what, with open gaps and the next deadline per member.
