Extensions

One further 12 months, on one condition

A date marked "Extension possible" is an Appendix G milestone under Art. 16(2). The dates for terminal operators already include the additional 12 months of Art. 16(3). Art. 16(5) allows a further extension of 12 months on one condition.

Where the planning or the implementation of the telematics subsystem in accordance with Regulations (EU) No 454/2011 or (EU) No 1305/2014 has reached a point where its compliance with this Regulation may compromise the viability of the putting into service of that subsystem, the deadlines set out in paragraphs 2 and 3 may be extended by 12 months.
