Step 7 - Wagon Status & Wagon Forecast. WagonStatusMessages track the position and status of each wagon through the transport chain. Under TEL TSI, terminal operators are potential receivers of WagonStatusMessages under contractual agreement - not mandatory senders. Wagon forecast data (WagonETI/ETA messages) gives the intermodal terminal predicted arrival times at wagon level, enabling granular resource planning.
