Step 2 - Working Timetable & Network-Specific Data. The infrastructure manager has a unique publication obligation that RUs do not: integrating all allocated paths into a working timetable and making it publicly available under CC BY-ND 4.0 via the common Union web UI. The infrastructure manager also has the Art. 11(2) obligation to share its network-specific data requirements with ERA by 2 December 2026.
