Assessment scope
Step 3 - Train Preparation. Before departure from the origin terminal, the infrastructure manager receives a TrainCompositionMessage from the lead freight RU and a PassengerTrainCompositionMessage from the lead passenger RU. The infrastructure manager also receives TrainReadyMessages (and NotReady status). These messages enable the infrastructure manager to manage track allocation, coordinate handover with the adjacent infrastructure manager, and feed station managers with accurate accessibility data.
