Step 3 - Train Arrival Planning. Before the block train from the origin terminal arrives at the intermodal terminal, the lead railway undertaking and the first infrastructure manager send forecast and running information that allows the intermodal terminal to allocate crane slots, gate appointments, and staff. TEL TSI requires this data sharing with stakeholders managing connections to other transport modes - your terminal is exactly that stakeholder.
