Step 5 - Block Train Traffic Data. When freight wagons operate as a block train in the intermodal terminal's facility, TEL TSI Annex pt. 2.6.1(5)-(6) places an obligation on the intermodal terminal to share train traffic data. This is separate from the train closure obligation - it covers the train's status as a whole while it is in or departing from the terminal.
