Step 11 - ERA Ontology & Common Interface. The infrastructure manager processes the highest volume and broadest variety of TEL TSI message types of any telematics stakeholder: capacity allocation, train preparation, train traffic, and station information all flow through the infrastructure manager's systems. All of it should route via the Common Interface (Art. 14), built on the ERA Ontology's semantic foundation and the TD-105 XSD schema.
