Assessment scope

Setup - Roles & Reference Data. The intermodal terminal is a 'telematics stakeholder' per TEL TSI Art. 3(8)/(9) as an operator of TEN-T rail freight service facilities. Before any message exchange, all parties - the intermodal terminal, the lead railway undertaking, the partner RU, the combined-transport operator, and the first infrastructure manager - must hold ERA-validated Organisation Codes and your terminal must have registered location codes in the ERA Common Central Repository.
