Step 4 - Train Ready & Readiness Forecast. Under TEL TSI the railway undertaking signals readiness to access the network with a TrainReadyMessage; when the train will not be ready on time, the readiness forecast is conveyed by that same message bearing the status NotReady - with a delay estimate and cause (Annex pt. 2.5.3) - rather than a separate message type. This module covers when each is sent, what content is mandatory, and the internal authorisation process your organisation must define.
