Step 9 - Data Sharing & Licensing. The infrastructure manager shares five distinct data categories under four distinct licence types. The licence assignment determines what the lead freight RU, the lead passenger RU, logistics platforms, and third parties may legally do with the infrastructure manager's data. Dangerous goods and security services are permanently exempt from the public access obligations that would otherwise apply.
