Assessment scope
Step 10 - PKI. The intermodal terminal exchanges authenticated TEL TSI messages - most critically the train closure TrainRunningInformationMessage to the lead railway undertaking. These exchanges require certificate-based authentication under TEL TSI Art. 7(2) and ERA TD-106. While the intermodal terminal's PKI footprint is lighter than a full RU deployment, it must hold valid certificates and manage their lifecycle.
