Step 12 - Compliance & CCM Governance. The intermodal terminal is a telematics stakeholder subject to TEL TSI Art. 18 compliance declaration requirements. ERA's Change Control Management (CCM) process means compliance is not a one-time event - it is an ongoing obligation. Art. 16(3) also gives operators of rail freight service facilities like the intermodal terminal a flat 12-month transitional period, with Art. 16(5) allowing a further extension for existing projects already at an advanced stage of development. Implementation reporting timelines apply.
